On January 1st, I made the commitment to better my health. I signed up for the PIIT28 program, joined the challenge with others around the world, and committed to it. I felt stronger, my back pain reduced drastically and my back straightened. I felt less tired, had more energy, and it had an incredible experience. I was never someone who enjoyed exercising, but loved doing the PIIT workout designed by Blogilates and Popilates creator, Cassey Ho.
I wanted to do the second round of 1.0, but I had a strain in both of my Achilles tendons and it was painful to walk. I made some mistakes when doing PIIT, since it was my first time fully committing to a workout regime. But now, I am prepared and ready to go again!
On July 1st, I shall be doing PIIT 1.0 as if it were my first time and am going to go all the way through 3.0. I would love it if you joined me and we can go on this fitness journey together! I had done the vegan reset during my time and since then have fully become vegan since I found out that meat was what was making me sick.
